Your prompt

Build my handoff document.

SITUATION: [vacation / parental leave / sick cover / leaving the role]
ABSENCE DATES: [dates]
COVERAGE PERSON: [name and their familiarity with my work]
MY RESPONSIBILITIES: [paste or describe, projects, recurring duties, key contacts]

Produce a handoff doc with:
1. TL;DR for the coverage person (what matters most, in 5 bullets)
2. Active projects: status, next step, deadline, key contacts, where files live
3. Recurring duties: what, when, how (link the SOP if one exists)
4. Key contacts: who to call for what, with context on each relationship
5. "If this happens, do that": the 5 most likely fires and exactly how to handle each
6. What NOT to worry about (things that look urgent but can wait)
7. How to reach me, and the explicit rules for when it's okay to do so

Format it so I can paste it into [Google Doc / Notion / email]. Then give me a pre-handoff checklist of things to do before I go.

Paste it into Muse with Notion connected. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
