Your prompt
Design habit stacks for me. HABITS I WANT: [list them, e.g. stretch, journal, inbox zero, read 10 pages] EXISTING ROUTINES: [things I already do daily without thinking, morning coffee, commute, lunch, brushing teeth] TIME AVAILABLE: [minutes per anchor] WHAT'S FAILED BEFORE: [habits I tried and dropped, and why] Build 2-3 habit stacks, each anchored to an existing routine, in this format: "After [existing routine], I will [new habit] for [minutes]." Rules: - Max 3 habits per stack, ordered easiest first - Each habit must have a binary done/not-done definition (no vague "exercise more") - Include the setup needed to remove friction (lay out the journal, app on home screen, etc.) - Add a "minimum viable day" version of each stack for bad days (the 2-minute version) End with a 2-week tracking grid I can copy into [my notes app] and the one metric that tells me it's working.
