- ATTENDANCE FIT: does everyone there need to be there?

Then deliver the verdict per meeting: KEEP, FIX (with the specific fix), or KILL. For KILLs, estimate the hours returned per month and draft the cancellation message. For FIXes, propose the concrete change: shorter, async, fewer people, or merged with another meeting.
