0ZBHY7Muse is Meta's personal AI helper. You talk to it like a person, and it can go and do things for you: look through your email, check your calendar, compare prices, fill in forms, or book a table. It lives in the Muse app and at muse.ai.
On its own, Muse cannot see your accounts. When you connect an app, like Gmail or your calendar, you give Muse permission to use that app for you. That is what turns it from a chat into a helper that gets things done. You choose which apps to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
Apps in Muse's Connectors list: open Settings, tap Connectors, tap Connect next to the app and sign in, or just ask Muse, for example "Connect my Gmail". We show every screen on our connect guide. Apps that are not in the list can still be used: each app's page here gives you a request to paste into Muse, and Muse asks before it shares anything with the app. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust.
Before you connect an app, Muse shows you what it will be able to see. For Gmail that is your emails, attachments, contact info and email details. Meta's own screen says that by default Muse asks before taking actions it thinks need review, that you can disconnect at any time in Settings, and that Muse may take unexpected actions, so keep an eye on it. Meta also says the information used for your tasks may be used to improve its AI, which you can manage in Muse settings. We check every app on this site every 15 minutes and screen it for known threats, but we cannot see inside other companies' systems, so treat that as a first check, not a guarantee.
Muse has a free plan with a weekly usage limit, and you can upgrade in Settings. Many apps here are free to connect. If an app needs its own paid account, its page says so when we know.
Muse is still rolling out, so some features may not have reached every account yet, and some apps listed here only work in the US. If an app is not in your Connectors list, check its page here for another way to add it.
"Working" means the app answered our check a few minutes ago, and "Working, sign-in needed" means it works once you sign in to your account. "Having trouble" means it answered slowly or with an error, and "Down" means it did not answer. "In Muse settings" and "Built into Muse" apps are added from Settings, then Connectors. "Extra setup" apps are not in Muse's list yet: you paste a request into Muse to use them, and each page gives you the exact words. "Coming soon" means announced but maybe not in your account yet, and "Blocked" means the company does not let Muse in.
