1. List every commitment as: What, To whom, Deadline/ongoing, Estimated weekly hours.
2. Total the weekly hours. Compare against my real availability: [hours/week available].
3. Flag the math: if commitments exceed availability, say by how much.
4. Mark each as KEEP, RENEGOTIATE (suggest the new terms), or RELEASE (with the message to send).
5. Identify commitments I made by default (never actively chosen), these are the first candidates to release.

End with my "commitment budget": how many hours I have left for anything new, and a rule for saying yes going forward (e.g. "one in, one out").
