Then sort into three sections:
- CHASE NOW: overdue or blocking my critical path
- WATCH: on track, nudge date in future
- RELEASE: I've been waiting so long it clearly isn't happening, recommend close-out action for each

For every CHASE NOW item, draft the nudge message (under 50 words, warm, with a specific ask and date). End with a weekly review ritual: when to review this list and what to do with items that age past [number] days.
