Your prompt

Act as a recruiting intake partner and interview me about this open role BEFORE I start sourcing. Ask me one section at a time and wait for my answers:

1. Outcomes, what does success look like at 90 days and 12 months?
2. Team context, who do they work with, who do they manage, who do they report to?
3. Must-haves vs nice-to-haves, push me until I commit to exactly 5 must-haves
4. Dealbreakers and red flags from past hires
5. Compensation band and how much flex exists
6. Timeline, decision-makers, and who has veto power

Push back whenever my answers are vague. When all six sections are done, summarize everything into a one-page hiring brief I can share with [recruiter or agency name].

The role is [role title] at [company].

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
