Your prompt

Design inbox rules to auto-triage my email.

MY INBOX REALITY: [describe it, e.g. 200/day, mostly newsletters, client emails mixed in]
EMAIL PROVIDER: [Gmail / Outlook / other]
MY PRIORITIES: [what must never be missed, e.g. client emails, boss, invoices]
THE NOISE: [what clutters it, newsletters, notifications, CCs]

First, propose a label/folder system with no more than 6 labels. Then write the actual filter rules for my provider: condition → action (label, archive, mark important, etc.), in the exact syntax or click-path for [Gmail / Outlook].

Rules must cover:
- VIPs that always hit the inbox
- Newsletters → read-later label, skip inbox
- Notifications/receipts → auto-archive
- CC'd threads → lower priority

End with a 10-minute weekly maintenance routine to keep the system working.

Paste it into Muse with Gmail connected. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
