Your prompt

Write a 90-second welcome video script for [customer name], [title] at [company name], who just signed for [product name] ([plan], ACV [value]). The video is from me, [my name], their CSM. Script it as spoken word with [bracketed stage directions for tone and pauses]. Cover: genuine welcome referencing their goal of [goal], what happens in the first 2 weeks (3 concrete things), who else on our team they'll meet [names/roles], and one thing they can do today to get value faster. End with my direct contact info and a warm sign-off. Keep sentences short, this will be read aloud. Then suggest the thumbnail text and the email subject line to send it with.

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
