Your prompt

Write a 3-touch re-engagement sequence for [customer name] at [company name], they completed onboarding [X weeks] ago but usage has flatlined at [metric]. Their original goal was [goal], their main contact [name] has [gone quiet / changed roles / is still responsive but busy]. Touch 1 (email): reference their specific goal, show them one thing they haven't tried that maps to it, under 130 words. Touch 2 (3 days later, different channel suggestion): a short Loom-video script outline showing the missed value in 2 minutes. Touch 3 (1 week later): the direct question email, 'should we pause, reset, or is the timing just wrong?' Each touch must feel personal, not automated. End with your judgment: is this account salvageable or should I deprioritize it, and why?

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
