Your prompt

First, interview me about the deal I lost with [prospect company]: ask about deal size, stage lost, who the decision maker was, what the stated reason was, who we lost to, and what I think really happened. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answers. Then write the autopsy: 1) the official reason vs the probable real reason, 2) the earliest moment I could have changed the outcome and what I should have done, 3) whether this was a qualification failure, a competitive loss, or an execution failure, and 4) one process change that would prevent this specific loss from repeating. Be direct. Do not soften the feedback.
