Your prompt

Draft an internal escalation email to [manager/exec name] about a renewal at risk. Account: [customer name], [company name], ACV [value], renewal date [date], current health [status]. The risk: [describe what's happening]. What I've already tried: [actions taken]. What I need: [specific ask, exec sponsor call, discount approval, engineering commitment, etc.]. Structure it so a busy exec can decide in 60 seconds: subject line with ACV and days-to-renewal, 3-bullet situation summary, what happens if we do nothing (with revenue impact), exactly what I'm asking for and by when, and my recommended path. Keep the whole email under 200 words.

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
