Your prompt

Run a hiring retrospective for the [role title] search we just closed ([hire name, or 'no hire made']).

First, ask me about:
1. Time-to-fill vs target
2. Source of the winning candidate (or where the pipeline died)
3. Where strong candidates dropped off
4. Interviewer calibration issues
5. Compensation friction

Wait for my answers, then produce:
- What worked
- What to fix
- 3 process changes for the next search
- The pre-mortem question: if this hire fails in 6 months, what will we wish we'd caught?
- One question to ask the new hire at 90 days about the process

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
