Your prompt

Build a competency model for [role title] at [company].

Give me 5–7 competencies. For each:
- A one-line definition
- 3 observable behaviors ('you see them doing X')
- What distinguishes good from great

Ground it in this context: [team size, company stage, key challenges].

Then map each competency to an interview round and an assessment method (behavioral question, case, reference check, work sample). End with one competency teams usually forget for this role, and why it matters here.

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
