Your prompt

I hire in [state(s)]. Write me compliant compensation questions for interviews.

Cover:
- What I CAN ask about salary expectations and requirements in this jurisdiction
- What I MUST NOT ask (e.g. salary history bans), with the exact risky phrasings to avoid
- How to answer when a candidate asks for our range first
- A 2-sentence script for [hiring managers / the panel] so everyone stays compliant

Add a note on when to check with employment counsel. State clearly in the output: I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice.

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
