Your prompt

Our champion [champion name], [title] at [company name], just left. Account: ACV [value], renewal [date], health [status], and they were [the economic buyer / the main user advocate / our only contact]. Build a 14-day response plan: Day 1-2 actions (what to do before the news settles), how to find out who replaces them and get introduced, a multi-threading map of the other stakeholders I should already know [list who I know], an email to the departing champion asking for an intro and a testimonial, and an email to the likely successor positioning us as essential. Include the 5 questions I must answer about the account's new power structure within 2 weeks.

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
