Your prompt

Draft an email to [procurement/security contact name], [their role] at [prospect company], to kick off our security and procurement review for [your product] at [deal size]. My champion is [champion name]. Keep it under 150 words. Proactively offer what reviewers always ask for: [list what you have, e.g. SOC 2 report, DPA, security questionnaire answers, pricing breakdown]. Ask what their process and timeline look like and who else needs to be involved. Then give me a checklist of the 8 documents I should have ready before this email goes out, and one paragraph I can add if they reply with a 60-question security questionnaire.

Paste it into Muse or any assistant. Blank fields stay as [brackets].
