Check product certificates, marketplace requirements, supplier blacklists, and customs holds for US sellers.
Helps sellers determine which US safety certificates their products need (CPC, GCC, FCC, FDA), what Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and Etsy require, screens suppliers against forced labor and sanctions lists, and explains customs detention notices.
Try asking Muse: "Does my children's toy need a CPC certificate to sell on Amazon?"

What Muse can see: It does not ask you to sign in, so it cannot see your accounts. It only sees what Muse sends it from your request.
Before it acts: Read what Muse plans to do before you approve it, and remove the app from Muse when you stop using it.

Tiana & Co. Seller Compliance is a remote MCP server, so any assistant that can add a custom connector by link can use it. Same link, same tools.
In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Connectors (called Apps & Connectors on some accounts).
Under Advanced settings, switch on Developer mode. That is what lets you add a connector by link.
Choose Create, give it a name, paste the link as the MCP server URL, and save. If it needs a sign-in, ChatGPT asks for it here.
Start a chat, open the tools menu, pick the connector, and ask. ChatGPT asks before it runs a tool the first time.
Custom connectors need a paid ChatGPT plan, and on Team, Enterprise and Edu accounts only an admin can add them. Our "Working" label means the server answered us; it cannot tell whether your plan lets you add it. All connectors that work in ChatGPT
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector, give it a name, and paste the link.
If it needs a sign-in, Claude sends you to it. Then turn the connector on in a chat from the tools menu and ask.
Custom connectors are available on paid Claude plans; on Team and Enterprise accounts an admin may need to add them. Our "Working" label means the server answered us; it cannot tell whether your plan lets you add it. All connectors that work in Claude

Screened, no issues found
Screening looks for known threats and hidden instructions at the time of the check, and runs again weekly and whenever the tool list changes. It cannot see the server's code, so only connect what you need and review what Muse asks to do. How screening works.
seller_compliance.which_certificateUse this when a seller asks which US safety certificate or import paperwork a product needs: a CPC (Children's Product Certificate) for children's products, a GCC (General Certificate of Conformity) for other regulated products, FCC authorization for electronics, or FDA's import seller_compliance.marketplace_asksUse this when a seller asks whether they can sell a product on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop or Etsy, to stores, or on their own website, and what each will ask for: "can I sell toys on Amazon?", "requirements for selling supplements on Amazon", "how do I get approved (ungated) toseller_compliance.screen_supplierUse this when a seller wants to check a supplier or factory against US government blacklists before paying it: "is this factory on the UFLPA list?", "is my Alibaba supplier sanctioned?", "check this supplier for forced labor". Give the company name as the seller has it, for exampseller_compliance.what_changedUse this when a seller asks what changed recently in US selling rules: Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop or Etsy policy updates, or new federal rules ("did Amazon change anything for toys this week?", "any new seller rules?"). It returns this week's changes, each with its source, the seller_compliance.shipment_heldUse this when a seller's shipment is held, detained or under review by US Customs (CBP) and they want to know what kind of hold it is, how long they have, and which documents are usually needed: "customs is holding my shipment, what does the detention notice mean?", "I got a CBP https://www.tiana-co.com/api/mcpNot in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. At the last check (October 29, 2026, 09:45 UTC) the endpoint was working, answering in 422ms. Over the last 7 days it answered 100% of health checks. It is checked every 15 minutes.
It was screened on October 29, 2026 with the result "screened, no issues found". Screening checks the domain against threat feeds and reads the tools for hidden instructions and requests for passwords or card numbers. It cannot see the server's code, so grant only the access you need.
It exposes 5 tools, including seller_compliance.which_certificate, seller_compliance.marketplace_asks, seller_compliance.screen_supplier, seller_compliance.what_changed. For example, you could ask Muse: "Does my children's toy need a CPC certificate to sell on Amazon?"
