Check whether AI crawlers can read your site and find the technical issues that block them
Runs checks on any public URL: robots.txt rules for AI crawlers, JSON-LD and microdata validation, whether content renders without JavaScript, sitemap and redirect checks, meta previews, PageSpeed scores, and llms.txt generation. Muse can audit a page and report what to fix.
Try asking Muse: "Check if GPTBot and ClaudeBot are blocked from my bakery's site and tell me what schema markup is missing."

What Muse can see: It does not ask you to sign in, so it cannot see your accounts. It only sees what Muse sends it from your request.
Before it acts: Read what Muse plans to do before you approve it, and remove the app from Muse when you stop using it.

Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Copy the request below and paste it into Muse. Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

GetBotRank is a remote MCP server, so any assistant that can add a custom connector by link can use it. Same link, same tools.
In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Connectors (called Apps & Connectors on some accounts).
Under Advanced settings, switch on Developer mode. That is what lets you add a connector by link.
Choose Create, give it a name, paste the link as the MCP server URL, and save. If it needs a sign-in, ChatGPT asks for it here.
Start a chat, open the tools menu, pick the connector, and ask. ChatGPT asks before it runs a tool the first time.
Custom connectors need a paid ChatGPT plan, and on Team, Enterprise and Edu accounts only an admin can add them. Our "Working" label means the server answered us; it cannot tell whether your plan lets you add it. All connectors that work in ChatGPT
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector, give it a name, and paste the link.
If it needs a sign-in, Claude sends you to it. Then turn the connector on in a chat from the tools menu and ask.
Custom connectors are available on paid Claude plans; on Team and Enterprise accounts an admin may need to add them. Our "Working" label means the server answered us; it cannot tell whether your plan lets you add it. All connectors that work in Claude

Screened, no issues found
Screening looks for known threats and hidden instructions at the time of the check, and runs again weekly and whenever the tool list changes. It cannot see the server's code, so only connect what you need and review what Muse asks to do. How screening works.
test_robotsTest one URL against a site's robots.txt for 20+ crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot, Bingbot and more) using correct longest-match rules. Returns allowed/blocked per bot with the deciding rule.validate_schemaExtract JSON-LD and microdata from a page, validate Organization, WebSite, Product, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, LocalBusiness and SoftwareApplication, and return a corrected JSON-LD block.check_renderingEstimate whether a page's content exists in the raw HTML before JavaScript runs (heuristic, no headless browser). Most AI crawlers do not execute JavaScript.preview_metaRead title, meta description, canonical, robots, Open Graph and Twitter tags with lengths, and return data for Google, LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp previews.check_redirectsTrace the redirect chain for a URL (max 10 hops) with status and timing per hop, plus X-Robots-Tag, HSTS, cache-control, content-type and canonical Link headers.validate_sitemapFind and validate a domain's sitemaps, count URLs, status-check a sample of up to 50 URLs and check hreflang reciprocity.score_citabilityScore each passage of a page for how easily AI answer engines can quote it. Deterministic heuristics, no LLM.generate_og_imageResolve title, description and favicon for a 1200x630 Open Graph card from a URL or from text. Returns card data; render the PNG at the report_url.check_page_speedGoogle PageSpeed Insights for a URL: mobile and desktop Lighthouse scores, Core Web Vitals, CrUX field data when available, top opportunities.check_common_crawlCheck whether a domain appears in the latest Common Crawl crawls (a major source of LLM training data) and whether robots.txt blocks CCBot.check_entityLook up a brand on Wikidata and Wikipedia, report key properties, and check the site's Organization sameAs links.submit_indexnowVerify an IndexNow key file on a domain and, only if it verifies, submit up to 100 URLs to api.indexnow.org. Set action to "submit" to send URLs; the default only verifies.check_ai_crawler_accessRequest a page as GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and other AI crawlers and compare with a normal browser to find robots.txt or CDN blocks.view_as_crawlerShow the text and structure an AI crawler recovers from a page without running JavaScript.generate_llms_txtGenerate an llms.txt file for a domain from its sitemap (up to 40 pages in this MCP call).run_free_auditFree AI readiness audit: crawlability, headings, structured data, llms.txt and metadata, scored 0 to 100.https://api.getbotrank.com/mcp/freeNot in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use GetBotRank to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://api.getbotrank.com/mcp/free. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. At the last check (November 8, 2026, 04:51 UTC) the endpoint was working, answering in 890ms. It is checked every 15 minutes.
It was screened on November 8, 2026 with the result "screened, no issues found". Screening checks the domain against threat feeds and reads the tools for hidden instructions and requests for passwords or card numbers. It cannot see the server's code, so grant only the access you need.
It exposes 16 tools, including test_robots, validate_schema, check_rendering, preview_meta. For example, you could ask Muse: "Check if GPTBot and ClaudeBot are blocked from my bakery's site and tell me what schema markup is missing."
