Search cities to find nearby hotels with ratings and addresses, discover landmarks and transport stops, get country travel info including visas for Korean passport holders, check exchange rates, and calculate distances between locations.

Example request: "Find hotels near the airport in Tokyo and show me what travel documents I need."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use WIA GIL to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://mcp.wiagil.com/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- gil_search_city: Search cities by name (prefix match) and get coordinates, country, hotel count and main airport. Use this to get lat/lng for the other tools. (도시 이름으로 좌표·국가·공항 검색)
- gil_hotels_nearby: List hotels within a radius (max 20 km, max 20 results) of a coordinate, nearest first, with star rating, address and WIA Pin Code. No prices, photos or booking links. (좌표 근처 호텔 목록, 가격·사진·예약링크 없음)
- gil_hotel_detail: Get details of one hotel by hotel_id or WIA Pin Code (provide exactly one): address, star rating, check-in/out, rooms, overview text. No photos, prices or booking links. (호텔 상세, 사진·가격·링크 제외)
- gil_places_nearby: List landmarks or transport stops (stations etc.) within a radius (max 20 km) of a coordinate. Name fields may be in different languages; some places lack English names. (좌표 근처 명소·교통 시설)
- gil_country_travel_info: Basic travel info for a country (ISO alpha-2): currency, voltage/plug, time zone, emergency numbers, entry/visa status for Republic of Korea passport holders, and the Korean embassy there. Includes a data_as_of date and disclaimer; may be out of date. (국가별 기본 여행 정보, 한국 여권 기준, 기준일
- gil_exchange_rates: Reference exchange rates (cross rates computed from a USD table). Not a transaction rate. Defaults to 10 major currencies. (참고용 환율)
- gil_route_distance: Approximate road/land route distance between two coordinates (straight-line limit 5,000 km). Returns distance and segments only; no travel time, no route geometry. (두 지점 간 대략적인 도로 거리)
