Search TutorPing's marketplace of independent tutors by subject, level, and location. View tutor profiles, check availability, and book sessions directly. Tutors can also monitor demand for their subjects across online communities.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use TutorPing to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://tutorping.ai/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- search_tutors: Find independent tutors on TutorPing by subject, student level, and location. Returns tutors with a public page (subject, level, location, rate, reviews, page link, whether they can be booked directly), how many matching tutors TutorPing has in total with their profiles minus nam
- request_tutor: Submit a request for TutorPing to match a student with a tutor, when search_tutors finds no fit or the user prefers to be matched. TutorPing replies by email within 1 business day with tutor options. Collect what the student needs, then confirm the details AND get the user's expl
- get_tutor: Full public profile for one TutorPing tutor (by slug from search_tutors).
- get_tutor_availability: Open session times for a tutor, in the tutor's timezone. Use before request_booking.
- request_booking: Book a student into one of a tutor's open slots (from get_tutor_availability). The tutor and the student both get a confirmation email. Confirm the time, name, and email with the user before calling.
- tutoring_demand: How many people online recently asked for a tutor in a subject (from Reddit and other communities TutorPing monitors), in total. Useful for tutors deciding whether there is demand for their subject. The requests themselves are only shared with TutorPing tutors.
- ask_tutorping: Ask anything about TutorPing, finding a tutor, or finding tutoring students that the other tools don't cover, in plain words. Returns which TutorPing tool or page fits, plus contact details. Do not include personal information.
- how_to_get_leads: Explains how a tutor gets student leads from TutorPing and connects their own AI assistant.
