Computes federal and state payroll taxes, Social Security, Medicare, and net pay for any US salary. Shows bonus withholding and lets you compare take-home across states. Uses 2026 tax rates and rules.

- get_state_rates: A state's 2026 schedule: flat rate or bracket ladder, standard deduction, employee payroll programs, bonus/supplemental method, and the statutory source the figures come from.
