Provides daily cost breakdowns by accommodation, food, transport and activities for 100 cities at three spending levels. Includes curated walking routes with stops, coordinates and timing. Compare two destinations side by side with currency and best travel months.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use TieredTravel to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://tieredtravel.com/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- destination_costs: What a day costs in a city at budget, mid-range and luxury, broken down into accommodation, food, transport and activities, with the editorial overview for each tier. Figures come from a hand-written catalogue of 100 cities. If the city is not in the catalogue this returns an err
- walking_route: A curated stop-by-stop walking route for a city: each stop in order with what to know there, real coordinates, distance on foot and total time. Distance excludes tram, metro and ferry legs, which are flagged separately. Nine cities deliberately have no route because a self-guided
- compare_destinations: Two cities side by side: daily cost at each tier, plus currency, language and best months to visit.
- find_destinations: List which cities this server knows about, optionally filtered by country, continent or a name fragment. Call this first when a city might not be covered — the other tools fail rather than guess.
