Searches 3,833 destinations for sunshine, temperature, rain, UV index and sea temperature by month. Filters by continent, country, minimum warmth, swimmable seas and UV exposure. Compares destinations side-by-side to help plan trips.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Sunshine Atlas to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://sunshineatlas.com/api/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Filter by continent or country, minimum daytime temperature, population, swimmable sea (≥21°C), or a ceiling on the midday UV index.
- get_destination_climate: Full climate card for one destination: 0–100 Sunshine Score, day/night °C, rainfall, midday UV index (WHO scale) and sea temperature for all 12 months, plus its sunniest month ("best time to visit" for sunshine), annual sunshine hours and peak midday UV. Accepts a city name ("Far
- compare_destinations: Side-by-side sunshine/climate comparison of 2–5 destinations — overall or for one month ("Algarve or Crete in October?"). Returns each place's Sunshine Score, temperatures, rain, midday UV index and sea temperature, plus a one-line verdict of which is sunnier.
