Looks up published US broker margin rate schedules by balance tier and compares brokers at any loan amount. Calculates interest per month and over a set period, and can add a rate you were quoted for a side-by-side check. No sign-in required. Figures come from each broker's published schedule and are dated.

Example request: "Compare margin rates at Schwab, Fidelity and Interactive Brokers for a $100,000 loan held for 12 months."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Stockmarket Loans: Broker Margin Rates to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://stockmarket.loans/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- borrowing_cost: What a margin loan costs over a number of months at every compared broker's published rate, as the site's margin interest calculator works it: rate, interest per month, total over the period and the extra cost versus the lowest rate, simple interest on a flat balance. Optionally
