Connects to Socials Homes rental listing service. Check supported cities, view current rental listings by budget, compare subscription plans, and start a home search with move-in dates for relocation.

Example request: "Show me how many rental apartments under 1500 euros per month are available in Amsterdam right now."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Socials Homes to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://www.socials.homes/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- list_cities: List the cities where Socials Homes sends rental listing alerts, with each city's slug, name and country. Optionally filter by country (ISO code like "NL" or a name like "Netherlands"). Use the slug with check_city_supply and start_home_search.
- get_plans: Get the Socials Homes plans with prices in EUR, how each one bills, whether it renews automatically, what it includes, how cancelling works, and the VIP Keys Pass 90-day guarantee with its conditions and a link to the terms.
- check_city_supply: Count the live rental listings Socials Homes currently sees in a supported city and, if a monthly budget in EUR is given, how many are at or under it. Says plainly when live counts are unavailable instead of reporting zero. Read-only; the count comes from a cache refreshed about 
- start_home_search: Check that a city is supported and return the Socials Homes signup link for it, with what happens next. It does not create an account, save anything or send any message: the person opens the link and sets up their own search there.
