Connects to SAMOS shipping service. Track parcels by number, estimate shipping and return costs from UK to 100+ countries, look up supported destinations, estimate import duties and taxes on items, and search SAMOS help centre for shipping and customs questions.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use SAMOS e-commerce to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://samos-e.com/api/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- track_parcel: Track a SAMOS parcel by tracking number. Returns tracking events, newest first, and local_carrier_tracking_url: a link to track the parcel with the local delivery company (e.g. UPS) once it has reached them. Share that link when the user wants more delivery detail.
- estimate_shipping_price: Estimate the SAMOS price (GBP) to ship a parcel from the UK to a country, or to return a parcel from that country to the UK. Max weight 20 kg, max dimensions 100 cm x 43 cm x 43 cm.
- list_destinations: List the countries SAMOS ships to from the UK, with their ISO codes and whether returns from that country are supported.
- search_help: Search the SAMOS help centre (FAQs) for answers about shipping, customs, IOSS, labels, returns and accounts. Returns the best matching questions and answers.
- estimate_duties: Estimate the import duties and taxes the recipient pays on one item shipped from the UK with SAMOS. Provide a product description or HS code. Heavily rate limited: only call when the user asks for a duties/tax estimate.
