Connects to SalesBinder to let Muse retrieve customer information, inventory stock levels and locations, invoices, and sales order status. Read-only access to help manage small business operations.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use SalesBinder MCP to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://salesbinder.usefulapi.io/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- salesbinder_list_customers: Read one visible customer page. Search name, office email or an exact numeric customer number. Requires customers:read. Follow next_page manually; totals are omitted unless requested.
- salesbinder_get_customer: Read a visible customer by UUID, including contact and account summary fields. Requires customers:read.
- salesbinder_list_items: Read one visible inventory page with quantity, reserved/incoming quantity, price and permission-visible cost. Search name, SKU, barcode, serial or an exact numeric item number. Location filtering adds separate location totals. Requires items:read. No stock changes.
- salesbinder_get_item: Read one inventory item by UUID, including archived or sold items visible to the API user. Returns stock and pricing summary; photo galleries and custom fields are omitted. Requires items:read.
- salesbinder_list_locations: Read one page of active inventory locations and their UUIDs. Assigned-location visibility applies. Requires items:read.
- salesbinder_list_invoices: Read one visible invoice page, newest invoice number first, with status and decimal amount summaries. Filter by customer UUID, status ID or issue date. Line items are omitted. Requires invoices:read; no sending or payment operations.
- salesbinder_list_sales_orders: Read one visible sales-order page with status, amount and invoiced/packed/shipped progress. Search or filter by customer, status, warehouse or issue date. Line items are omitted. Requires sales_orders:read; no fulfillment changes.
