Access the Madinah Mushaf Quran with Arabic text, 127 translations in multiple languages, Tafsir al-Muyassar commentary, word-by-word analysis with meanings, and audio recitations by various reciters. Search ayahs by keyword or browse by surah.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Read Quran Today to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://readqurantoday.com/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- get_ayah: The Arabic of one ayah or a run of them (up to 50), with a translation. Defaults to the King Fahd Complex English (Hilali & Muhsin Khan).
- search: Ayahs containing the words given: in the Arabic (diacritics optional) or, with "translation", in that translation. Up to 50 results, each with its reference and link.
- get_tafsir: The Tafsir al-Muyassar (King Fahd Complex, Arabic) of one ayah or a run of them, up to 50.
- word_by_word: Each word of an ayah: its Latin reading and its meaning, in English or one of the other languages that have word meanings.
- get_recitation: The recording of a surah: a link to the MP3, its length, and where each ayah starts and ends, in seconds, with a link that starts at a given ayah.
- list_surahs: All 114 surahs: number, names, ayah count and mushaf pages.
- list_translations: The translations on offer, optionally for one language: id, language, translator. Also which languages have word-by-word meanings.
- list_reciters: The recordings on offer: id, reciter, and what tells two recordings by one voice apart.
