Connects to Canadian real-estate market data, mortgage rates, and professional directories. Muse can look up current home prices and market trends by city, calculate land-transfer tax, compare rent vs. buy costs, estimate required income to qualify for a mortgage, and find verified brokers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, notaries and appraisers.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Payotte to help me.
