OndaCast connects to a catalogue of live radio stations, podcasts, public-domain audiobooks and music charts. Muse can search and browse stations by country, genre and language, find podcasts and audiobooks, view what's on air now, and check trending songs and artists.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use OndaCast to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://ondacast.com/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- get_station: Get one radio station from OndaCast by slug or OndaCast page address: description, location, genres, language, frequency, the song playing now and the show on air when known, and the OndaCast page for listening. Stations that cannot play in a browser are not available.
- search_podcasts: Search podcasts in the OndaCast catalogue by title or topic, with an optional language filter. Returns up to `limit` shows with an OndaCast page link. When OndaCast has no match, it may list shows from a public podcast directory that are not on OndaCast yet; the add_podcast tool 
- add_podcast: Add a podcast from a public podcast directory to OndaCast, by the directoryId that search_podcasts returned in notOnOndaCastYet. This creates the show's OndaCast page and is the only tool that changes anything. It takes no web address: only directory ids such as itunes-123 or pi-
- get_podcast: Get one podcast from OndaCast by slug or OndaCast page address: author, description, language, category, its latest episodes with OndaCast page links, and the show's OndaCast page.
- search_audiobooks: Search the public-domain audiobooks in the OndaCast catalogue by title or topic, with an optional language filter. Returns up to `limit` audiobooks with an OndaCast page link.
- get_charts: Get OndaCast's live song or artist chart, counted from what stations played, for the last 24 hours or 7 days, worldwide or for one country. Returns ranked entries with plays and OndaCast page links.
- radio_guide_now: List radio shows on air right now in OndaCast's radio guide, with their hosts, when they end in the show's own time zone, and the stations that carry them, each with an OndaCast page link. Optional country and genre filters.
- catalog_facts: Get verifiable facts about OndaCast: what it offers and how large the catalogue is, as figures rounded down and refreshed weekly, with links to its main pages.
