Search homes, apartments, plots and commercial property for sale or rent on new.estate. Get prices, area, location and listing URLs. Search by country, city, price range, property type and size across multiple markets.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use new.estate to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://new.estate/api/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- search_listings: Search real-estate listings published on new.estate (homes, apartments, plots, commercial property for sale or rent in many countries). Returns matching listings with price, area, location and the URL of each listing page. Call get_catalog first when unsure which property type or
- get_listing: Full details of one listing published on new.estate: description, photos, features and facts. Takes a listing id from search_listings or the URL of a listing page. Contact details are not returned; send the user to the listing URL to contact the advertiser.
- find_similar_listings: Listings on new.estate similar to the given one (same type and transaction, comparable price, area and location). For a unit in a development, returns the other units of that development.
- get_catalog: Values accepted by search_listings: countries that have listings (with counts), property types, transaction types, features, sort orders and price currencies, named in the requested language.
- search: Find listings on new.estate by place name. Returns ids, titles and URLs; use fetch for the full text of a listing. For filters such as price, size or property type use search_listings.
- fetch: Full text of one new.estate listing by id from search, with its URL for citation.
