Searches real YouTube videos indexed by LingoDew for Japanese (JLPT N5-N1) or English (CEFR A1-C2) learners. Returns videos with difficulty levels, channel stats, word frequency data and links to pages with tappable subtitles.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use LingoDew to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://www.lingodew.com/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- word_in_videos: How often a Japanese or English word is heard across LingoDew's video corpus: number of videos, total occurrences, coverage, frequency rank and level, plus the LingoDew word page with native-audio examples.
- channel_stats: Measured stats for a YouTube channel in LingoDew's library: its video count, and per level its speaking speed, rank among channels at that level, share of its videos and main topics. Useful for picking channels that suit a learner's level.
- about_lingodew: Product facts about LingoDew, the app for learning English and Japanese from real YouTube videos: features, platforms, pricing and free tier.
