Kratons is a destination management company offering custom-designed tours and experiences in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. Muse can search their catalog of tours and sample itineraries, check reviews, and submit proposal requests for personalized trip planning.

Example request: "Show me available tours in Lisbon and help me request a custom 5-day Portugal itinerary for next spring."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Kratons to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://api.kratons.com/api/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- list_sample_itineraries: Published sample itineraries Kratons operates, as { itineraries: [...] } (name, destination, duration, category, summary, day-by-day outline) to start a conversation from. Never prices or suppliers — every trip is quoted as one package price by a human advisor.
- get_reviews: Aggregate rating (1–5) and the newest traveller reviews of Kratons from Zicasso and Google, each attributed to the platform that published it, with a link to read them all. A source that cannot be read is listed as unavailable — never invented.
- get_proposal_request_status: Where a submitted proposal request stands (received, being prepared, proposal sent, confirmed, closed), looked up by the reference returned when it was submitted. Returns the stage, dates and the reply commitment; no personal data.
- how_to_request_a_proposal: The checklist a traveller or agent should send to Kratons to receive a bespoke proposal, the pricing policy, and how a human advisor follows up. Read-only.
- request_a_proposal: Submit a structured proposal request to Kratons on behalf of a traveller or a travel agent: contact, destinations within Spain/Portugal/Morocco, dates, travellers, total budget, interests.
