Connects to IVFcost.co's database of self-pay IVF prices posted by US clinics, state insurance mandates, employer coverage details, and open fertility grants. Helps you estimate total IVF costs, check what your insurance or employer covers, and find financial assistance.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use IVFcost.co to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://ivfcost.co/api/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Clinics are listed by name, not ranked. Many clinics post no pric
- estimate_ivf_cost: A US IVF cost estimate built only from cited line items (the base cycle, medications, anesthesia, embryo freezing, a frozen transfer, genetic testing and other add-ons), with a low, typical and high figure per cycle and for several cycles, and the source of each line.
- ivf_insurance_rules: Whether a US state's law requires health plans to cover IVF, infertility treatment or fertility preservation, what the law requires as RESOLVE summarizes it, the statute, and which plans a state law cannot reach (self-funded employer plans).
- ivf_grants_open_now: US IVF and fertility grant programs that take applications today, open year-round, or open soon, each with its award, application fee, who can apply and its current window and deadline as the program posts it. Optionally only grants open to residents of one state.
- employer_ivf_coverage: Whether a US employer's own benefit documents say it covers IVF or fertility treatment, with the dollar or cycle limit, who runs the benefit, and a verbatim quote and link to the document. Covers the large employers IVFcost.co has read; says so when an employer publishes nothing.
