Search apartments and houses for rent or sale across Swiss cities with filters for price, rooms and amenities. Includes tenant market assessment (Chancen-Check), housing guides and FAQs, and a tenant pool to connect with property managers.

Example request: "Show me 3-room apartments in Zurich under 2500 CHF and tell me my chances of finding one."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Immoswipe to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://ai.immoswipe.ch/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- get_guide: Read the full Markdown text of a specific Immoswipe guide/blog article by slug (get the slug from search_guides).
- get_faqs: Get Immoswipe FAQs about using the platform, renting, listing a property, photography/tour services and pricing.
- check_rental_chances: Wohnungs-Chancen-Check for Swiss tenants: rates chances on the rental market (tenant score 0–100) from a search profile using real BFS vacancy, rent and ZKB market data, and suggests better alternative regions. Use for "how are my chances of finding a 3.5-room flat in Zürich for
