Connects Muse to HR WORKS so you can look up people, organization units, absences, job postings and applications. Handy for checking who is out of office, how a team is structured or where a recruiting process stands without opening the HR system.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use HR WORKS to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://hrworks.usefulapi.io/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- hrworks_list_persons: List the persons in the company, or in the given organization units, grouped by organization unit. Use it to find a person identifier. HR WORKS API: GET /v2/persons.
- hrworks_get_person: Get the base data of one person (names, personnel number, uuid, external ids). HR WORKS API: GET /v2/persons/{personIdentifier}.
- hrworks_list_organization_units: List the active organization units (departments, locations) with their number, uuid and name. HR WORKS API: GET /v2/organization-units.
- hrworks_list_absences: List the absences (vacation, sickness and other absence types) of persons in a date interval. The interval may be one year at most. Paged: use nextPage. HR WORKS API: GET /v2/absences.
- hrworks_list_posts: List the job postings (posts) of the company. Active posts are the open job postings; each post lists its offers with publicationDate and validUntilDate. Paged: use nextPage. HR WORKS API: GET /v3/applicant-management/posts.
- hrworks_list_job_applications: List the job applications, optionally for given posts and status values. Each page holds 50 applications. Paged: use nextPage. HR WORKS API: GET /v2/applicant-management/job-applications.
