Connects to HourSaved's free library of customer messages, owner stories and step-by-step AI guides for small businesses. Muse can search by situation, such as a late cancellation or an unpaid invoice, then pull the full message with placeholders, when to use it, when to skip it and checks to run before sending.

Example request: "Find me a message to send a client who cancelled at the last minute, and show me how other owners handled it."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use HourSaved to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://hoursaved.com/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- get_message: Get one HourSaved message by its id (from find_messages): when to use it, when to skip it, the full prompt with [brackets] for the owner's facts, the checks to do before sending, how it was tested, and its page link.
- find_owner_stories: Search summaries of real moments small business owners described in public (podcasts, blogs, forums), checked against the source. Returns titles, short summaries, dates, HourSaved story links and original source links. Does not return message drafts.
- find_guides: Search HourSaved's free step-by-step guides for using AI on small business office work (email, customers, scheduling, money, planning, team, marketing). Returns titles, short summaries and links.
