Holdbird dials customer-service numbers, works through automated phone menus and sits through the hold queue, then connects you by phone when a live agent answers. Muse can start a call on your behalf for a billing question, a refund, a cancelled flight or a subscription you want to end.

Example request: "Call my internet provider about the overcharge on this month's bill and get me on the line when someone answers."

How to connect: Holdbird is not in Muse's Connectors list yet, and it needs you to sign in with your Holdbird account. Apps that need this kind of sign-in usually cannot be used from a Muse chat yet. Follow it here and we will tell you when it reaches Muse.
