Historis is an event-based CRM that stores and retrieves your business history. Your Muse assistant can read and write customer interactions, meetings, and business events with timestamps and signatures for audit trails.

Example request: "Add a note about my customer meeting today and show me all interactions with this client from the past month."

How to connect: Historis is not in Muse's Connectors list yet, and it needs you to sign in with your Historis account. Apps that need this kind of sign-in usually cannot be used from a Muse chat yet. Follow it here and we will tell you when it reaches Muse.
