Focuh connects to an ADHD-focused productivity system. Muse can help you create and manage tasks with subtasks, organize goals by time horizon, track focus time and streaks, schedule tasks on your calendar, and maintain a daily journal with task links.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Focuh to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://www.focuh.com/api/mcp. It needs an API key from maxxthedeveloper; ask me to enter it through your secure credential prompt. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- get_tasks: Today/tomorrow tasks with id, date and priority. Call first to get refs.
- create_tasks: Create tasks, each with optional nested subtasks. Defaults: today, 30 min.
- update_tasks: Change tasks: date (moves the day), priority, title, estimate, done, time slot.
- delete_tasks: Delete tasks by ref, every task on a date, or all completed. Subtasks go too.
- get_subtasks: List subtasks of a parent. Returns ids usable as refs.
- reorder_subtasks: Reorder a parent's subtasks. Pass the complete new order, every one once.
- get_loops: Loops — undated intentions in 4 buckets (pressing/important/backlog/waiting=parked). Call before pull_loops.
- pull_loops: Copy loops onto a date as linked tasks — each loop stays in Loops. Idempotent per loop+date.
- get_calendar: Events + scheduled/unscheduled tasks for a date. Check before scheduling.
- get_goals: Goals by horizon (week/month/year/decade) — exactly what the app's Goals view shows.
- create_goal: Create a goal in a horizon, with optional bottleneck note and lever.
- update_goal: Update goal fields: title, horizon (moves section), status, bottleneckNote, lever.
- delete_goal: Delete a goal by id. Linked tasks are kept and unlinked, never deleted.
- get_focus_stats: Today/week focus minutes, streak, task completion rates.
- get_journal: Read a daily journal and recent dates. Preserve ^task markers when writing back.
- write_journal: Append or replace a journal. Read before replacing and preserve ^task markers.
