Search published Flathive room, property and flatmate listings by suburb, city, rent, bedrooms, move-in date and stay length. Muse can summarise a listing's details and photos, then point you to Flathive to contact the advertiser. Exact addresses are shared only with landlord consent.

Example request: "Find me a furnished room in a share house near Parnell in Auckland under $300 a week, available from next month."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Flathive to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://flathive.com.au/api/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- search_properties: Search published Flathive room/property listings by location and filters. country_type is required — ask the user which country they're searching in, or infer it from a suburb/city they name, before calling this tool. Each result includes an approximate lat/lng for map display — 
- get_property_details: Get a summary of one Flathive property listing by its public easyId (starts with "P") — bio, features, tags, and photo URLs for the model to describe. Deliberately no interactive widget: always surface the returned url and tell the user to open it on Flathive to see the full phot
