Lets you look up order status, check inventory SKUs, get price quotes and validate shipping addresses without placing or modifying orders. Example request: "Show me the status of my pending print orders and get a shipping quote for 10 canvas prints to a customer address." How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use FinerWorks MCP to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://finerworks.usefulapi.io/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer. Tools: - finerworks_get_account: The FinerWorks account these API keys belong to: username, email, billing and business addresses, account credits, shipping preferences and app details. The API keys, payment profile and third-party connection secrets are never returned. GET /v3/test_my_credentials. - finerworks_list_orders: List submitted print orders, newest first, with status, totals and dates. Filter by free text, production status, FinerWorks order ids, your own order POs (the order numbers from Shopify, Squarespace, etc.) or an order-date range. POST /v3/list_orders. - finerworks_get_order: One order in full: items, recipient, shipping method, status and totals. Needs the order GUID and the email address on the order. GET /v3/get_order. - finerworks_get_order_status: The current production status of orders (in production, shipped, ...), looked up by your order PO numbers or FinerWorks order ids. An order that is not found returns nothing. POST /v3/fetch_order_status. - finerworks_list_order_status_definitions: All production statuses an order can have, with their ids. Use the id as the stable reference. Pass a collection id to list the frames in it; pass a product code to show only collections and frames compatible with that print product.
