Connect to your Feefo account to view service, product and NPS reviews with ratings and comments. Reply publicly to reviews and optionally notify customers. Filter by rating, product SKU, tags, date range and media type.

Example request: "Show me my lowest-rated product reviews from the last month so I can respond to customer concerns."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Feefo to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://feefo.usefulapi.io/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- feefo_get_review_summary: Aggregate ratings for your Feefo account: average rating and star distribution (1 to 5 stars) for service and product reviews, merchant details, review counts. mode: all (default), service, product (needs product_sku or parent_product_sku) or nps (promoters/passives/detractors). 
- feefo_get_product_ratings: Average star rating per product SKU (products[] with rating, sku and optionally review_count). Filter by product_sku (comma-separated, leading/trailing * wildcards allowed) or parent_product_sku.
- feefo_reply_to_review: WRITE: publish a public reply to a review on your Feefo account, optionally emailing the customer (notify_customer). Visible to the public on your Feefo page and not undoable through this server. `review_id` is the `id` of the service or product element returned by feefo_list_rev
