Connects to Chit Chats, the Canadian shipping service for online sellers. Muse can list shipments, batches and returns, create new shipments, and move orders between batches so you can keep parcel prep and drop-offs organized.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Chit Chats to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://chit-chats.usefulapi.io/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- chitchats_list_shipments: List shipments, newest first. Filter by status (pending, ready, in_transit, received, released, inducted, resolved, delivered, exception, voided). Good first call to find shipment ids. Chit Chats API: GET /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments.
- chitchats_get_shipment: Get one shipment: addresses, status, carrier and tracking code, purchase amount, label URLs, line items and rates. Chit Chats API: GET /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments/{id}.
- chitchats_count_shipments: Count all shipments on the account. Chit Chats API: GET /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments/count.
- chitchats_list_batches: List batches (groups of shipments handed to Chit Chats), newest first. Filter by status: pending, ready (all shipments ready to receive) or received. Chit Chats API: GET /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/batches.
- chitchats_get_batch: Get one batch with its status and description. Chit Chats API: GET /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/batches/{id}.
- chitchats_count_batches: Count all batches on the account. Chit Chats API: GET /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/batches/count.
- chitchats_list_returns: List returned shipments, newest first, with status (on_hold, in_transit, ready, resolved) and return reason. Chit Chats API: GET /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/returns.
- chitchats_create_shipment: Create a shipment record. The new shipment has status unpaid: this call does NOT buy postage, and no credits are spent. Buy postage in the Chit Chats dashboard. Use postage_type 'unknown' to see rates first. Chit Chats API: POST /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments.
- chitchats_refresh_shipment_rates: Change the options of a shipment and recalculate its rates (insurance, signature, hazmat, ship date). This does NOT buy postage. Chit Chats API: PATCH /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments/{id}/refresh.
- chitchats_add_shipments_to_batch: Put shipments into a batch. Calling it again with the same shipments changes nothing. Chit Chats API: PATCH /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments/add_to_batch.
- chitchats_remove_shipments_from_batch: Take shipments out of the batch they belong to. Calling it again with the same shipments changes nothing. Chit Chats API: PATCH /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments/remove_from_batch.
