Connects to Luxembourg real estate listings for rentals and sales. Muse can search by location, price, rooms and amenities, get price estimates, compare properties, analyze leases, calculate mortgage affordability, and check commute times to major employment hubs.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use chathome.lu, Luxembourg Real Estate to help me. - get_price_estimate: AI-powered price estimate for a Luxembourg property. The chathome valuation model is trained and backtested on historical property listing asking prices, not deed-level sales. Returns an estimated price, confidence interval, and comparable listing statistics.
