Locates US EV charging stations by location, route, network and connector type. Shows station details, pricing, amenities and live availability from NREL data updated daily. Helps plan long trips and find nearby chargers.

Example request: "Find DC fast charging stations along my route from Denver to Salt Lake City."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use ChargingNear.me to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://chargingnear.me/api/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- get_nearest_stations: Find the nearest EV charging stations to a latitude/longitude, optionally filtered by speed, power or live availability. Stations whose verified owner is on Listed Pro come first, then by distance. Each station has verified_owner and owner_profile.
- get_station_details: Get detailed information about a specific EV charging station by its ID.
- get_city_charging_stats: Get EV charging statistics for a specific city including station count, network breakdown, and top stations.
- get_state_charging_stats: Get EV charging statistics for a US state including station count, cities, network breakdown.
- find_stations_on_route: Find EV charging stations along a route defined by a series of waypoints. Useful for trip planning. Searches within a corridor around the route. Within each route segment, stations whose verified owner is on Listed Pro come first. Each station has verified_owner and owner_profile
