Connects to CareClinic health records to let Muse review your medication schedules, symptom logs, mood entries, and wellness insights. You can ask Muse about your health patterns and log new symptoms or mood updates with confirmation.

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use CareClinic Health Tracker to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://mcp.careclinic.io/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- careclinic_get_insights: Creates deterministic observational summaries. Free accounts receive basic counts; detailed reports and chart values are returned only for Premium accounts.
- careclinic_preview_log: Validates an exact symptom or mood entry and creates a short-lived confirmation preview. It never writes data. Medication writes are disabled for this launch.
- careclinic_commit_log: App-only write used by the CareClinic confirmation card. It writes only the exact entry represented by a valid signed preview after explicit confirmation. Replaying the same preview returns the original receipt instead of creating a duplicate.
