Carbone connects to document generation. Muse can render invoices, contracts, reports and other documents by merging your templates with data, convert between Office formats and PDF, and manage a library of reusable templates.

Example request: "Generate an invoice as a PDF by filling in my invoice template with customer and line item data"

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Carbone to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://mcp.carbone.io/. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- delete_template: Delete a stored Carbone template. This is a soft delete: the template is marked for garbage collection and removed after a delay (default 24 hours). You can delete by Template ID (removes all versions) or by Version ID (removes only that specific version). For immediate or schedu
- download_template: Download the original source file of a stored Carbone template (e.g. the DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, or HTML file that was uploaded). Use this to inspect, edit, or back up a template.
