Connects to Bob Go to compare courier rates, create and cancel shipments, print waybills and track parcels. Muse can quote delivery options for an order and book a courier without leaving the chat.

Example request: "Compare courier prices for this order and book the cheapest option that delivers by Friday."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Bob Go to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://bob-go.usefulapi.io/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

Tools:
- bobgo_get_checkout_rates: Return the shipping options a buyer should see at checkout, priced by the rules configured in the Bob Go account (service levels, zones, markups, exclusions). Use it for a cart, not to pick a courier to book. An empty result means no delivery for that area, not an error. Bob Go: 
- bobgo_get_courier_rates: Ask every courier on the Bob Go account what the parcels cost to ship between two addresses. Returns per-courier quotes with rate_amount; use only rates with status success. This is a quote, not a booking, and it does not apply the account's checkout markups. Waits up to about 20
- bobgo_get_rate_request: Read a rate request made earlier, with the couriers' answers so far. Use it after bobgo_get_courier_rates returned a pending provider. Without an id it lists the most recent rate requests. Bob Go: GET /v2/rates.
- bobgo_create_shipment: BOOKS a courier for the parcels and charges the customer's own Bob Go account once the courier rate is known. Take provider_slug and service_level_code from a rate you selected. The call returns at once with submission_status pending-rates; check it later with bobgo_list_shipment
- bobgo_list_shipments: List shipments, newest first, or fetch one by id or tracking_reference. Without id, tracking_reference or a date range, only the current month (South African time) is returned: send start_date and end_date for older shipments. Use submission_status to find bookings that never rea
- bobgo_cancel_shipment: CANCELS a shipment and refunds its charge to the customer's Bob Go account. Bob Go refuses it once the courier has moved the parcel past collection. Use the Bob Go tracking_reference, not your custom reference. Bob Go: POST /v2/shipments/cancel.
- bobgo_get_waybill: Generate the A4/A5/A6 waybill PDF for shipments and return a download_url (valid 24 hours). Cancelled or unknown references are skipped. Shipments that the courier has not accepted yet produce no label: read submission_status per shipment. Two or more shipments are always queued:
- bobgo_get_sticker_waybill: Generate sticker labels for shipments. type zpl returns ZPL strings inline, one per parcel, for a Zebra printer. type pdf returns the same envelope as the waybill. Sticker labels need a Bob Go plan that includes them. Bob Go: GET /v2/shipments/sticker-waybill.
- bobgo_get_file: Read a queued label or waybill batch. Poll until file_status leaves processing; file_url is set on success and valid 24 hours. Records are kept for a month. Bob Go: GET /v2/file-history.
- bobgo_get_tracking_events: Return every tracking checkpoint for a shipment, with its current status and the courier's branding. Not limited to this account: any Bob Go tracking reference resolves, as on the public tracking page. Bob Go: GET /v2/tracking (returns an array).
- bobgo_list_orders: List orders on the account, most recently placed first, or fetch one by id. Filter by payment, order or fulfilment status, delivery province code or date placed. Items and relations are included by default: ask only for what you need. Bob Go: GET /v2/orders.
- bobgo_get_order_fulfillments: List every fulfilment (shipment or buyer collection) on an order, newest first. The tracking reference of an order's shipment is here, not on the order. Bob Go: GET /v2/order-fulfillments.
